At Fit with Rupali, we are committed to delivering high-quality diet and wellness guidance. Since our services are personalized and time-based, refunds are limited under the following terms:

1. Personalized Consultations & Meal Plans

Once a custom meal plan or consultation has been delivered, no refunds will be issued, even if you decide not to follow the plan.

2. Subscription-Based Services

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but:

  • No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the billing cycle
  • Your access to services will continue until the end of the current cycle

3. Group Challenges & Digital Products

Fees for group programs, digital courses, or downloadable guides are non-refundable once access is granted or materials are sent.

4. Billing Errors

If you believe you’ve been charged incorrectly or more than once, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll review the issue and process a correction if applicable.
